STORY SPRINGBOARDS
1. The Prince of Dorkness.
The hungry birds enter the kingdom of the obnoxious Prince Guapo which the Fairy Godmama has placed under a curse. The only way to break the curse is for the Prince to get a princess to fall in love with him, which so far, with that rotten personality of his, has proven to be impossible. If Joey, Tuko, Sven, and Gabby are ever going to get anything to eat they must help Prince Guapo overcome his anti social tendencies.
2. Goldielocks and the Four Birds.
In their never-ending quest for food, the birds are hired by the Three Bears to guard their porridge while they’re away. A little while later Goldilocks shows up in an obsessive attempt to break into the Bear’s house and steal their porridge. The birds thwart Goldilocks with “Home Alone” tactics but eventually she outsmarts them and captures Joey, Tuko, and Sven. It’s up to little Gabby to rescue his brothers, save the porridge, and stop Goldilocks once and for all!
3. The Development Deal.
The Birds are embroiled in a bitter land dispute between the Purps, a group of tiny purple skinned people that live in a giant old oak tree that serves as low rent housing, and the 3 Little Pigs Land Development Corporation. The Pigs want to build a shopping center and throw the helpless little Purps onto the street. Joey, Tuko, Sven, and Gabby must find a way to stop the Three Little Pigs before the “Purp” hits the fan.
4. Crumb and Crumber.
Hansel and Gretel are exploring the Dark Forest, and as the story goes, they leave a trail of bread crumbs so they won’t get lost. Joey, Tuko, and Sven eat up all the bread crumbs ignoring Gabby’s protests. Now lost, Hansel and Gretel wander into the clutches of the Witch in the Gingerbread House who plans to eat them. Gabby blames his brothers for Hansel and Gretel’s abduction and demands that they mount a rescue operation.
